Effective August 1, 46 mandatory national standards and 442 recommended national standards came into effect. Among them, key national standards—including energy consumption limits for relevant products, water allocation quotas for the Yellow River Basin, residential solar water heating systems, brain-computer interfaces, digital twins, Beidou applications, photovoltaic power generation systems, green product evaluation, and tourism services—will provide standard-based support for guiding and regulating the development of emerging and future industries, promoting environmental protection and green development, improving the quality of life for the general public, and facilitating high-quality development of the national economy.

Among them are the “Specifications for the Space Signal Interface of the BeiDou Satellite-Based Augmentation System—Part 2: Dual-Frequency Augmentation Service Signal BDSBAS-B2a” (GB/T 42832.2—2026) and "Method for Outdoor Calibration of the Absolute Phase Center of Beidou/Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Survey-Grade Antennas" (GB/T 47422—2026), "Beidou International Search and Rescue Service Forward and Reverse Link Interface Specifications" (GB/T 47423—2026), "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for BeiDou Precise Point Positioning (PPP) Services Based on Mobile Communication Networks" (GB/T 47424—2026), "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for BeiDou International Search and Rescue Reverse-Link Navigation Modules" (GB/T 47425—2026), "General Specifications for High-Orbit Satellite-Mounted BeiDou/GNSS Receivers" (GB/T 47426—2026), and other six recommended national standards. These standards respectively specify requirements for the BeiDou Satellite-Based Augmentation System, BeiDou or Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) survey-grade antennas, the performance of Beidou International Search and Rescue link interfaces and navigation modules, Beidou high-precision single-point positioning services, and high-orbit satellite-borne Beidou or GNSS receivers.

The implementation of this series of standards will facilitate effective integration across the entire Beidou industry chain, promote the market-oriented, industrialized, large-scale, and international development of Beidou applications, secure a leading position in the global satellite navigation application market, and enhance China’s voice and influence in the international satellite navigation sector.
